Parents should not come into the school to speak to a teacher unless an appointment has been made in advance. You may contact staff by phoning the secretary Colleen on 049 433 7546 (Monday – Thursday 9.00am-2.00pm and Friday 9.00am-12.30pm). You will be asked to outline very briefly what the call is in connection with. Please give a brief message to the secretary and the secretary will pass on your message and arrange a call back. You should not go into detail (I wish to speak to teacher x about a behaviour incident/ homework/ illness etc.). All concerns are first addressed to the class teacher.
You may also email your child’s teacher, at the email address below. This email should be used for school related business only. There is no need to email regarding absences as all class teachers can view the absence reasons on Aladdin for their particular class. If you wish however to give a teacher more detail about an absence, please feel free to email this. When we are forwarding absence details to Tusla we generate the information from the absence reasons parents/ guardians submit via Aladdin. Please make sure it is up-to-date.
